Have a rental house that has a breaker tripping out in office area. I need someone who can trouble shoot the problem and fix. Also have ahanging fixture that needs 2 links removed to take the strain off of the wire. Long term, I need a electrician company to provide service for tenant calls. Thank you.

I recently had the track lighting in my kitchen completely go out. It had been dimming for a period of time, but one day it just didn't work. I tried resetting the breaker, but that didn't work. There is voltage coming from the switch, but not from the light socket itself.

Circuit breaker for kitchen appliances tripped. When trying to reset, the lights on one different circuit dim severely and the kitchen appliances still do not work. When the kitchen appliance circuit breaker is off, the power on that other circuit still seems low. When trying to turn on a device with a higher draw on that other circuit, such as a computer, all devices connected to that circuit pulse rapidly. Need an electrician to diagnose and fix problem.
